Shipping & Delivery
We aim to post our orders within 24 hours of payment. If you pay online this means almost immediately. We cannot send orders paid by cheque until the cheque has cleared. We will send an e-mail to confirm the order has been despatched. Orders are sent by first class post. Once it is in the postal system it is beyond our control, but you should contact us if you have not received it after 3 days.

Like you, we consider privacy and security of the utmost importance.
Therefore information and details relating to you are for orders only. We do not and will not distribute such information to any other party.
Any information regarding orders, such as traffic or sales is confidential to us. We do not store the financial details of our customers.
We do not send out random marketing e-mails and will contact you only if a specific order requires we do so.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the unique nature of each order, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement unless the product is proven faulty. If you receive a faulty product you must return the goods within 7 days and you will receive a full refund within a further 7 days.
Ordering
When ordering please ensure that you have correctly entered the details of the name, case style and colour required as we are unable to offer refunds due to customer errors.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment can be made online through Paypal or by sending a cheque. Orders to be paid by cheque cannot be sent until the cheque has cleared and are therefore not subject to 24 hour despatch from receipt of order. Pricing is set for the packs in the quantities shown and we regret we cannot offer to break down tthe quantities in these pack sizes.
